EduSync moves the fees parents pay in SchoolPay into your QuickBooks, to the right account, every day. No typing. No double entries.

Right now, someone at your school copies SchoolPay payments into QuickBooks by hand. It takes hours, and it is where mistakes happen.
EduSync does it for you. Your books stay up to date on their own.
Link SchoolPay and QuickBooks. Takes a few minutes.
Tell EduSync which fee goes to which account. You do this one time.
Payments post on their own. Anything unusual gets flagged for you.
Every SchoolPay payment turns into a proper record in QuickBooks.
The same payment can never go in twice. EduSync checks first.
A new fee with no account set up? EduSync holds it and lets you know.
Run many schools and branches together, each with its own QuickBooks.
QuickBooks shows today's payments today, not at the end of term.
See what posted and what needs a look, in plain words.
Not sure which one? Book a demo and we will help you choose.
Book a short demo. We will show you EduSync posting your fees to QuickBooks.
Tell us about your school. We will set up a short call and show you EduSync working with your own payments.
With whoever handles your money.
We show you the actual result, not a sample.
We touch nothing until you say so.
We reply within one working day.

Any QuickBooks Online region or plan that supports the Intuit API.
EduSync reads from SchoolPay and writes to QuickBooks. It never changes SchoolPay.
Sign up, connect QuickBooks Online, and see real postings the same day.
EduSync requests only the QuickBooks accounting scope. It does not read payroll, and it never deletes anything in your books.

Your EduSync workspace is no longer connected to QuickBooks Online. The access and refresh tokens EduSync held for your QuickBooks company have been revoked with Intuit and deleted, so EduSync can no longer read from or write to your books.
Reconnecting takes under a minute using the steps above. If you disconnected by accident or something looks wrong, email support@riyaletechsolutions.com or call +256 787 839 614 and we will help you get posting again.
If the page URL includes a realmId, that is the QuickBooks Online company identifier supplied by Intuit. Include it when contacting support so we can identify the disconnected company.

Including these details lets us fix most issues on the first reply:
A payment sitting on hold usually needs a mapping. EduSync will not guess an account. Open your mappings page, set the account for that fee once, and the payment posts on the next run.
EduSync never writes to SchoolPay. The sync goes one way, into QuickBooks, so nothing we do can change your SchoolPay records.

These terms are the End User License Agreement for EduSync, a service run by Riyale Tech Solutions ("Riyale", "we", "us"). When you create an account or connect SchoolPay or QuickBooks Online, you agree to these terms for your school.
EduSync reads payments from your SchoolPay account and posts them into your QuickBooks account, based on the setup you choose. If you track expenses in Excel, it can bring those in too. EduSync does not handle or move money itself.
You are responsible for the SchoolPay and QuickBooks accounts you connect, and for having the right to connect them. You can disconnect either one at any time.
EduSync posts payments based on the setup you give it. We flag anything that has no account set up, but you are responsible for checking that each fee goes to the right place. We suggest reviewing your records when you start.
You agree not to misuse EduSync, try to reach data that is not yours, or use it to break any law. We may pause your access if we believe these terms have been broken.
We work hard to keep EduSync running, but it is provided "as is". EduSync depends on SchoolPay and QuickBooks being available, which is outside our control.
As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before a problem arises. We are not responsible for indirect losses.
You can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period, after which syncing stops. Account-data retention and verified deletion requests are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and subject to applicable legal or accounting obligations.
We may update these terms as EduSync grows. If a change matters, we will email account admins before it starts.
Questions about these terms? Reach us on the contact page or at legal@riyale.tech.

This policy explains what data EduSync collects, why we use it, who receives it, how long we keep it, and the choices available to schools and their staff. It applies when EduSync connects SchoolPay with QuickBooks Online.
We collect names, work email addresses, phone numbers, roles, school details, sign-in records, and messages or files sent to support. We use these details to create and secure accounts, provide support, and communicate about the service.
When an administrator authorises a connection, Intuit provides EduSync with an OAuth access token, refresh token, QuickBooks Online company identifier (realm ID), and company name. EduSync encrypts the tokens at rest. To configure and run the integration, EduSync reads the chart of accounts, products and services, payment methods, classes or locations, customers, vendors, and relevant transactions. It creates the accounting records described on our QuickBooks Online integration page. EduSync never receives or stores your Intuit password.
EduSync processes SchoolPay account identifiers and credentials, payer and student references, amounts, fees, branches, dates, payment references, and expense-import details needed to map, post, reconcile, and troubleshoot transactions. EduSync does not move money and does not write changes back to SchoolPay.
We collect IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, pages used, and security or error logs. Our public website uses Google Analytics to understand site usage. Google may set analytics cookies or receive device and usage information under its own privacy terms.
EduSync does not use generative artificial intelligence to categorise, transform, or post QuickBooks Online data.
We share data only with service providers that help us host, secure, monitor, email, support, and operate EduSync; with Intuit and SchoolPay when necessary to perform the integration; when required by law; or during a business transfer subject to appropriate confidentiality protections. We do not sell personal information or use payer details for advertising.
QuickBooks OAuth tokens are deleted from EduSync immediately when an administrator disconnects. Mapping and transaction history remain while the EduSync account is active so the school can audit prior postings and reconnect without rebuilding its setup. A school administrator may request account-data deletion by emailing privacy@riyale.tech. After we verify the request and any legal or accounting obligations, we remove the data from active systems; residual encrypted backup copies expire through our normal backup rotation.
EduSync encrypts connection tokens at rest and uses HTTPS in transit. Access is role-based, each school's data is logically separated, passwords are hashed, and administrative and security events are logged. No internet service is risk-free, so customers should protect their sign-in details and notify us promptly about suspected misuse.
Riyale Tech Solutions is responsible for EduSync. For privacy questions or requests, email privacy@riyale.tech, contact us through the support page, or write to Plot 25 Bukoto Street, Kampala, Uganda.
